About Earth Angels Healthcare Services
Our Story
A Heart for People with A Purpose to Serve. 💛
Earth Angels began with a love for helping others and a belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Our founder, Shannon Guy, brings more than 15 years of experience supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities, along with a background in psychiatric rehabilitation.
Through her work, she saw how thoughtful, dependable support could make a difference in someone’s daily life. That passion led her to establish Earth Angels Healthcare Services, LLC.
As our vision grew, we expanded into supported employment through Earth Angels Support Services, helping individuals with disabilities explore their strengths, pursue meaningful work, and build greater independence.
Whether providing personal care at home or supporting someone in the workplace, we take time to understand the person—their preferences, goals, and what matters most to them.

We provide thoughtful assistance with daily routines and personal care, helping participants feel comfortable, respected, and supported while encouraging independence.
Meals That Reflect Your Needs
We recognize the role nutritious meals play in overall well-being. We assist with meal planning and preparation while respecting dietary needs, cultural preferences, personal choices, and instructions from healthcare providers.
Connection and Community
Companionship and meaningful activities are part of our approach. We offer opportunities for social connection through activities such as bingo, games, and community outings. For participants who prefer or need to remain at home, we bring engaging activities to them.
Celebrating Life’s Meaningful Moments
Birthdays and holidays are opportunities to help participants feel remembered and included. Based on each person’s wishes, traditions, and available resources, celebrations may include a small gathering, a thoughtful gift, an outing, or a holiday meal.
Support That Grows With You
We listen, communicate, and adjust our support as needs change. By working with participants, families, and their chosen supports, we help create daily routines that support comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Our goal is simply to help every person we serve feel valued, included, and supported in living life their way.
Activities and celebrations are optional and coordinated according to individual preferences, care plans, accessibility needs, and availability.

Supported Employment Services
At Earth Angels Support Services, we help individuals with disabilities explore their interests, build workplace skills, and find and maintain meaningful employment. We take time to understand each person’s strengths, preferences, and support needs because their employment journey should reflect their own goals and choices.
Our Supported Employment services may include:
- Career Exploration: Identifying interests, strengths, and employment goals.
- Job Readiness: Developing communication, time management, and other workplace skills.
- Job Search Support: Assistance with applications, résumés, interview preparation, and exploring job opportunities.
- Job Coaching: Personalized instruction and encouragement as individuals learn job duties and workplace routines.
- Workplace Advocacy: Support with communicating needs, exploring accommodations, and building positive working relationships.
- Ongoing Support: Follow-up assistance to address challenges, strengthen independence, and support job retention.

Dignity, respect, and individual choice guide our approach. With each participant’s permission, we collaborate with families, employers, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and other chosen supports to help create opportunities for lasting workplace success.
Services are individualized and provided according to eligibility, authorization, and availability.
